Appointment Terms and Conditions.
LATE ARRIVALS
With respect for both our stylists and guests, we ask you to please arrive on time for your appointment. Depending on your stylist, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to accommodate their service needs.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your upcoming appointment, we ask that you please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid fees and penalties. Implementing this policy also allows the stylist enough time to fill that spot with another client to avoid loss of business.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation policy due to an emergency, please call or text us as soon as possible. Any scheduled service cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of said services to accommodate the stylists loss of business at that time.
NO-SHOWS
In the case of missing your scheduled appointment without any notice, please note that you will charged 100% of the services booked. Any future appointments will require either a partial or full deposit at the time of booking depending on the service and stylist. The paid deposit amount will go towards your next scheduled service, however, if that appointment is missed, that deposit will be non-refundable.
HEALTH HISTORY
For your comfort and safety, please notify your stylist of any allergies, physical issues, disabilities, if you are pregnant or on any medication that might or could impact your scheduled service. If you experience any discomfort or symptoms during your service, please alert your stylist or team member immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Our stylists and staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, disrespectfully, intoxicated, or if their state of health or hair health may influence the effects of the service.
